A typical session lasts approximately one hour and it consists of cardio, strength, core, and flexibility—truly a whole body workout.
You should feel results as soon as your first session. By results you should feel no pain in any of the exercises and at the end of the session you should feel as if you worked out and still have enough, if not more energy to continue with your daily routine. I want you to be energized not tired when we are done with a session.
Yes. However there is a big difference in being sore and in pain. You should feel soreness in your muscles after working out because this is new to them. The soreness will subside within a day or two usually right about the time of your next session:) Stretching will help reduce some of the soreness.
Stretching is important weather you are new to exercise or already have a routine because it is your bodies way to re coop also is very good for your mind. Allowing your body to stretch is the best way to prevent injury and reduces soreness. The way you stretch is also very important. What I teach you is how to stretch in a beneficial way not only to avoid injury but to relax and release some of the everyday stress we all may have at times.
