Therese’ has taught various classes at WO+ fitness Center of Quakertown. She is so enthusiastic and motivational that all our members love her. She has a very contagious smile and caring personality. No matter what she teaches kickboxing, pilates, etc., form and safety are her major concern.

I want to send a sincere thank you for your help in preparing our girls for the upcoming 2008 season. Your motivation has been an inspiration to not only the girls, but the coaches as well. The girls actually looked forward to our sessions with you and did not squawk the way we had expected. You made the time fun for each of them while teaching them the core off how to maintain this practice. Oh yes…and to BREATHE! All my life I have been rather sedentary. As a child there were no sports teams for girls so reading and knitting became my past times.
