Theresé has been active in the fitness industry since 1998. She is an IFA Certified Personal Trainer with a further certification in Advanced Functional Training. Theresé maintains a position on the cutting edge of fitness technology by striving to improve herself with a rigorous continuing education schedule. She attends seminars, Internet study programs and formal classroom training sessions. Theresé also maintains an active Taekwondo training regimen in pursuit of her black belt. In recognition of her talent and dedication to the fitness industry, Theresé was spotlighted on the WFMZ "Early Rising with Eve Tannery" show.

Theresé teaches a fun, yet complete, Body Boot Camp for individuals, couples and groups. It’s an intense workout that burns fat, creates leans muscle, and increases endurance and core strength. She draws on her proficiency with resistance training, Taekwondo, cardio, body movement/ kinetics, and flexibility to customize each workout while always remaining conscious of individual needs. Theresé is committed to helping people achieve their fitness goals.
Many exercises can be done without equipment, using the body's weight for resistance. However, Theresé also incorporates jump rope, medicine ball, fitness ball, rebounder, hand weights, mat work, bands, punching mitts, sand bag, and much more to create exciting training sessions. The types of exercises and level of intensity are tailored to match the growing needs of each client as strength and endurance improve.
